Intel Indonesia Corporation iCafé Buy Back Promotional Terms and Conditions

Subject to these Terms and Conditions eligible iCafés may be entitled to receive a future guaranteed value based on the original purchase price of a Qualifying Configuration redeemable against the purchase within 3 years of a replacement Qualifying Configuration (the “Reward”) (the “Promotion”).

  1. The Promotion is valid on purchases of Qualifying Configurations as detailed on the Qualifying Configurations page on this website made between 1 March 2018 and 31 May 2018 (the “Promotional Period).
  2. The Promotion is open to iCafés defined as businesses with a minimum of 10 devices available for public use, that provide PC Gaming rentals and Internet access to the public for a fee charged on a time spent basis whose business address is registered or has a physical entity in Greater Jakarta or Samarinda City, Indonesia (the “Eligible iCafes”).
  3. Purchases of Qualifying Configurations must be made from a Qualifying Reseller as detailed on the Qualifying Reseller page on this website.
  4. Only one claim is permitted per Qualifying Configuration purchased, up to a maximum of ten (10) Qualifying Configurations (as defined in Section 1) per iCafé is permitted during the Promotional Period.
  5. This Promotion is not open to employees of Intel or Asus, their parent companies, their agents, wholesalers, resellers, retail staff, retailers, participating stockists or anyone connected with the implementation of the Promotion.
  6. Registrations & claims must be submitted by an official representative of the Eligible iCafe. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers.
  7. Rewards will only be processed to the Eligible iCafés registered bank account. Rewards will not be processed to individual iCafé employee’s bank accounts.
  8. To Register:

    1. Purchase a Qualifying Configuration within the Promotional Period.
    2. Register the Qualifying Configuration on this Website within 30 days of purchase. The day after purchase counts as day 1.
    3. Provide purchase date, Qualifying Reseller name, Qualifying Configuration purchased including serial number(s), upload a proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or invoice clearly detailing the number of Qualifying Configurations purchased, reseller name, purchase date and price paid. Enter the Eligible iCafé postal address, contact number, company registration number and company bank details.
  9. Once your Registration has been received you will receive confirmation of receipt by email and your account details. Registrations will be screened for validity to ensure that the transaction is a genuine purchase of a Qualifying Configuration. The outcome of the Registration will be communicated by e-mail within three (3) working days.
  10. To Claim:

    1. Registered Eligible iCafe’s must purchase another Qualifying Configuration (the “Upgrade”) of equal value or higher than the original Qualifying Configuration after fourteen (14) days from successful Registration and up to three (3) years from successful Registration.
    2. Submit a claim on this Website within 30 days of purchasing the Upgrade. The date after purchase counts as day one (1).
    3. Log in to your account to claim the Reward and enter the details of the Upgrade purchased, purchase date, reseller name, serial number(s), upload a proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or invoice clearly detailing the product purchased, reseller name, purchase date and price paid. Confirm the iCafé registered address, contact number, company number.
  11. You will then receive an email detailing the collection process for the return of the Qualifying Configuration. An email will be sent detailing how to return the Qualifying Configuration. For your Qualifying Configuration return to qualify for the promotion it must be a working Qualifying Configuration (reasonable wear and tear accepted) with all accessories and power supply. Damaged or non- working goods will be rejected.
  12. Returned Qualifying Configurations must be the rightful property of the iCafe. Returned devices must be collected from the registered company address or place of business. Returns collected from an unregistered address will be deemed invalid.
  13. The Promotion is not transferable to another individual or business; claims will only be accepted if they are made by the original iCafe.
  14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost of confidential data and software. Upon receipt of the returned Qualifying Configuration all data will be destroyed. Please note we are unable to retrieve any customer data once a device has been received. Deletion of all confidential data and information, which are in each case subject to applicable data protection legislation, and are possibly stored on the return Qualifying Configuration, is the responsibility of the iCafe.
  15. Rewards:

    1. Receive 50 % of the original individual Registered Qualifying Configuration purchase price excluding VAT by purchasing an Upgrade within 1 year of purchase of the Registered Qualifying Configuration.
    2. Receive 40 % of the original individual Registered Qualifying Configuration purchase price excluding VAT by purchasing an Upgrade within 2 years of purchase of the Registered Qualifying Configuration.
    3. Receive 30 % of the original individual Registered Qualifying Configuration purchase price excluding VAT by purchasing an Upgrade within 3 years of purchase of the Registered Qualifying Configuration.
  16. The level of Rewards paid will be capped to a Maximum Reward Value as detailed on the Qualifying Configurations page of this website, regardless of the actual purchase price paid.
  17. Once the claim has been received, you will receive confirmation of receipt by email. The Claim will be screened for validity to ensure that the transaction made is a genuine purchase of the Qualifying Configuration. The outcome of the Claim will be communicated by e-mail within three (3) working days.
  18. If an incomplete Registration or Claim or an invalid proof of purchase is received, a notification email will be sent with the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days of the email being sent. If no reply is received within seven (7) days, then the claim for the Reward will be deemed invalid and will be rejected. Intel reserves the right to reject incomplete, altered, illegible or false claims.
  19. Provided that the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion have been met and, that the Qualifying Configuration has been returned in accordance with section 11 of these Terms and Conditions, a payment for the relevant amount will be paid to you by bank transfer within 14 calendar days from validation of the Claim. Where the Reward constitutes a taxable benefit, all tax liability lies with the recipient.
  20. iCafés will not be able to claim Rewards on purchases that have been have cancelled or returned.
  21. The Promoter reserves the right to audit all claims to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding all claims and supporting documents.
  22. The Promoter reserves the right to closely monitor usage of the promotional website, including users’ IP addresses, so that we may identify misuse, and disqualify applications.
  23. If a Registration or Claim is refused because the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion have not been met, the Promoter's decision is final.
  24. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of the Promotion immediately without notice: (a) if circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, including technical issues, prevent the Promotion from running as anticipated; (b) in the event of false information being provided by participants; (c) if a change of law prevents the Promotion from running as anticipated; or (d) for any reason at any time. Notice will be provided by Intel displaying the updated Terms and Conditions on the Promotion website here https://promosiwarnet.com/id/id/pages/gfv/home.
  25. The Promoter and all its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by participants for any injuries, losses or costs or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from your participation in this Promotion.
  26. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the Promotion.
  27. The Promoter is Intel Technology Asia Pte. Ltd. Please do not send entries to this address, they will not be responded to.
